Victory Hats
The union flag hat is made of paper. It measures 38cm along its base and 27.5cm along its sides.
Its height is 19.5cm.
The other two are made from a single strip of card stapled together, with a card cut-out of the victory
logo. The surface of these are like the silver cake bases.
The 'V'hat card strip has a total length of 58.5cm and is 7.5cm in height. The 'V'is 11cm in height
and 11cm at its widest.
The 'V For Victory' hat has a total length of 54cm and is 3cm in width. The logo is 7.5cm in height
and 17cm wide.
